New customers pay just $2.99 on their first eligible order (single item). After that, orders under $300 have a $5.99 service fee (single platform, up to 2 items; +$1.50 per additional item). Orders above $300 are charged at 3% of the product value (single platform, up to 3 items; +$3 per additional item). If you need us to source products for you, the sourcing fee is $3–5 per item. International shipping is calculated separately based on the actual weight and destination. There are no hidden fees — you see the full cost breakdown before confirming your order.

How long does shipping take? ▼
Shipping times depend on the method: Express (DHL/FedEx) takes 5-7 business days, standard air freight takes 6-12 business days, and sea freight takes 30-45 days. All shipments include full tracking so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Can I buy secondhand items from Xianyu? ▼
Yes! We offer a dedicated secondhand shopping service from Xianyu (闲鱼), China's largest secondhand marketplace. We contact the seller, verify the item's condition, inspect it at our warehouse, and send you detailed photos before shipping. Please note that secondhand items are sold as-is with no returns.

We photograph all items at our warehouse before shipping. If we spot any issue — wrong item, visible damage, or quality problems — we contact you immediately. We work with the supplier to resolve the issue, whether that means a replacement, partial refund, or return. We stand behind every order.
