What is a China shopping agent? โผ
A China shopping agent (also called a proxy buying service) helps international customers purchase products from Chinese e-commerce platforms like Taobao, 1688, and JD.com. We act as your local buyer โ purchasing items, receiving them at our warehouse, inspecting quality, and shipping them to you internationally.
How much does your service cost? โผ
Our personal-shopping service fee is a simple percentage of your total product value. Orders under $300 pay 5% with a minimum fee of $9.99. Orders of $300 or more pay 4% with a minimum fee of $12. If you need us to source the product for you because you don't have a direct link, an additional $5.99 per-item sourcing fee applies. International shipping is calculated separately based on the actual weight and destination. There are no hidden fees โ you see the full cost breakdown before confirming your order.
Is there a new-customer discount? โผ
We no longer run a separate first-order discount. Every customer gets the same simple percentage pricing: 5% under $300 (minimum $9.99) and 4% at $300 or more (minimum $12), with purchasing, inspection and free consolidation included.
Do you charge extra if you have to find the product? โผ
If you provide a direct purchase link, no sourcing fee applies. If you don't have a link or photo and need us to search Chinese platforms for the right product, we charge a $5.99 sourcing fee per item, in addition to the standard percentage service fee.
What is the service fee for a large personal order? โผ
Personal-shopping orders of $300 or more are charged 4% of the product value (minimum $12), including orders well above $1,000. Customized products, pre-orders, secondhand items and purchases requiring extensive communication may require separate review.
Which platforms can you buy from? โผ
We shop from all major Chinese e-commerce platforms: Taobao, Tmall, JD.com, 1688.com, Pinduoduo, Xianyu (้ฒ้ฑผ), Dewu, and Xiaohongshu. If you can find it on a Chinese website, we can buy it for you.
How long does shipping take? โผ
Shipping times depend on the method: Express (DHL/FedEx) takes 5-7 business days, standard air freight takes 6-12 business days, and sea freight takes 30-45 days. All shipments include full tracking so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Can I buy secondhand items from Xianyu? โผ
Yes! We offer a dedicated secondhand shopping service from Xianyu (้ฒ้ฑผ), China's largest secondhand marketplace. We contact the seller, verify the item's condition, inspect it at our warehouse, and send you detailed photos before shipping. Please note that secondhand items are sold as-is with no returns.
What if the product is wrong or damaged? โผ
We photograph all items at our warehouse before shipping. If we spot any issue โ wrong item, visible damage, or quality problems โ we contact you immediately. We work with the supplier to resolve the issue, whether that means a replacement, partial refund, or return. We stand behind every order.
What countries do you ship to? โผ
We ship to 50+ countries worldwide, including the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, most of Europe, Southeast Asia, and more. Contact us via WhatsApp to confirm shipping availability to your specific location.
How do I pay? โผ
We accept PayPal, Wise (bank transfer), and major credit cards. Payment details are confirmed when you place your order. We never ask for payment before providing a complete cost breakdown.
Can you combine items from different sellers? โผ
Absolutely! This is one of our most popular services. We receive packages from multiple sellers at our warehouse, inspect everything, and repack them into a single shipment. This can save you up to 40% on combined shipping costs compared to sending each item separately.
Do you handle customs and import duties? โผ
We handle all customs documentation and export paperwork from China. Import duties and taxes at your destination are the buyer's responsibility, though our air freight options include tax-included delivery for many countries. We'll advise you on the best shipping option for your situation.
